Well, I did not get the job at AMR, and I am trying not to fall into a state of depression like I usually do when I don't get a good job that I applied for. I had to work this morning, (I am not a morning person), then my roommate works this evening, and my parents left town for the day. So I think I will go over to my friend Jack's for a while, maybe watch a movie with him or something. I wanna give a shout out to my life-long friend Erin H. She has been doing some job-related traveling from Madison, Wisconsin to Portland, Oregon to Everett, Washington.

It sounds like she may have found a full time year-around job starting this summer at one of the best places on earth...at a camp. Camps are always fun. Its right where she wants to be, but first she will spend some time in WA as an outdoor educator. I love camps. I never got to go to camp as a kid. But I did work at a camp as a servant worker for half a summer, then returned the following 3 summers as a counselor (6 camps), & camp medic, 2 camps as a lead-counselor for the guys. Then I worked at NBC Camps for a couple summers as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. The pay was good, but hours were horrible. I was basically working around the clock from Monday morning at 10am until Friday evening at 5pm. Answering calls of sick campers during the night, and sunburned coaches during the weekends. I have to admit...it was FUN. And there were some great people to work with.

Well, I better go take a shower, before I go to my friend's house. Happy Easter everyone.
